Q: Do you Ship Overseas?
A: All shipping protocol at Funnykidshirt.com is in line with Gooten.com’s ability and policy towards international shipments. We are in complete alignment! The Customer will be responsible for duties and import taxes. Taxes and duties are not included in our shipping cost.
Q: How Long will my shipment take?
A: It depends on where you are and what type of shipping you choose (USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS 2ND Day Air).USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Ground typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. UPS 2ND Day Air, however, can range from 1-2 business days to arrive. Delivery details along with tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that in most cases we only ship UPS due to a better quality of service and delivery. We ship USPS only when required (PO, APO, HI, AK and international).
Q: My order is lost or not delivered. What should I do?
A: First, we encourage you to check with any neighbors or members of your household. We have seen that often a package was delivered to a neighbor or a household member picked up the package. Another thing we have experienced is delivery drivers placing packages in hidden locations to prevent theft. Take a look around your residence to see if your package is in a hidden spot.
Q: I need to change my address but it has already shipped. What do I do about this?
A: If your order was shipped via USPS you will need to fill out a change of address form. If your order was shipped via UPS you will need to create a UPS My Choice account in order to change the address. UPS My Choice is a service offered by UPS that gives you better insight into your incoming packages. Some key features are updating delivery time or location, letting the driver know
where to deliver your package, text message or email updates. Sign up is free but some of the features require payment or membership fees
Q: Can I return my product?
A: We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Simply reference our Returns/Exchanges page to begin the process. Please note that all returns for a refund will have $7.99 deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Q: Can I exchange my product
Yes! We understand that sometimes items do not fit as expected. We offer free shipping both ways for exchanges. Simply reference our Returns/Exchanges page to begin the process. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you as soon as we receive the item(s) that you are sending back to us.
Q: Are Boys and Girls sizes the same?
A: Yes, all sizes are based on the generic toddler sizing model that is gender neutral and is instead dependent on its height length and width!
Q: Do you have any physical locations where I can buy and return from?
A: Funnykidshirt.com is a purely online e-commerce business with no locations in the US or abroad. In regards to returns, see our return policy above!
